RFC Habitat for Humanity Build Day

Parking: For GPS purposes please use - 1945 Main St, Hartford, CT 06112

Mahl Ave is a one-way street with limited street parking on the right side only. We recommend all volunteers park at the Union Baptist Church parking lot that is located at the corner of Mahl Ave and Main St. Though not required, we've provided a parking pass you may put on your dash to confirm your permission to park in this lot. Then you walk to the jobsite which is only a few hundred feet from the corner.

Build Day Overview:
Below is an overview of a typical build day with HFHNCC, please feel free to pass this along to your team so they know what to expect:  

Schedule  

7:45AM: On site arrival time & Check-in  
8:00AM* – 3:00PM: Build Day  
*Must be present for Safety Speech before work begins.  

Mandatory Breaks at 10:00am and 12:00pm. Please bring any snacks and beverages that you would like to enjoy throughout the day. Habitat will provide a catered lunch during this build event at 12PM.
